A Running List of Things I’ve Learned About Cupcakes

1. Don’t buy pastry bags when you have ziploc bags already at your disposal.
2. If you’re in the market for some good looking cupcake holders: Get immediately into your car and GO TO MICHAEL’S.
3. If it calls for a stand mixer, and you don’t have a stand mixer, you still can do it anyway.
4. Melted chocolate can get real messy, real quick
5. When in doubt, the basic cupcake is much more well received then something with the word ‘gnoochi’ in the title.
6. There IS such thing as too much frosting.
